Conventional Beacon (Deep Base) – MLB124DB
This range of Menvier LED beacons is available to complement audible alarms for use in areas either where people may be present who have impaired hearing or areas with high ambient noise levels.
LED technology offers a greatly reduced current consumption compared to xenon types making them ideal for use with fire panels with restricted sounder circuit current capacity.
The MLB124SB low profile LED beacon is simple to install, and offers a reduced depth with pre-drilled fixing and cable entry holes, suitable for both wall or ceiling mounting. This beacon utilises 18 carefully positioned LED's to provide a high intensity output. Both output intensity and flash frequency are selectable using internal DIP switch.

Menvier is a brand, within Eaton, that was founded in 1975. It very quickly became synonymous with quality emergency lighting systems that are used around the world. They branched out in to security products and the range now includes self-contained emergency luminaires, exit sign luminaires, central battery systems and much more.

Conventional Detector Relay Base – FXN520R

Conventional Heat Sensor (Fixed Heat, 77°C) – EFXN524
EFXN524 Conventional Heat Detector JSB
The JSB range of conventional detectors have been specifically designed to operate with JSB control panels. The JSB optical detector FXN533 is suitable for most applications giving the fastest response to slow burning or smouldering fires which give rise to large visible smoke particles. The JSB photo-thermal detector FXN632 will respond quickly to fast clean burning fires yet maintain the advantage of optical detectors when detecting smouldering fires. The thermal enhancement of this detector allows a higher alarm threshold which provides a greater rejection of false alarms. The detector will also raise an alarm at temperatures exceeding 60ºC.
The JSB fixed heat detectors FXN524 and FXN526 will detect temperatures above 77ºC and 92ºC. The rate of rise heat detector FXN525 is used to detect rapid increases in temperature with a maximum threshold of 60ºC. These detectors are designed to be used in environments where the ambient conditions might cause false alarms if smoke detection were to be used, for example where there is a high level of dust, fumes, steam or smoke under normal conditions
Conventional Heat Sensor (Fixed Heat, 92°C) – EFXN526
Eaton has a large range of detectors for conventional fire alarm systems designed to meet the demands of nearly any application. In the range, there are two main options either the flexible, easily switchable 5 in 1 detector that brings together all the detection mode or the straightforward single detection mode range. Both options include optical, photo-thermal and heat modes.
The most popular is the optical detector mode which is suitable for most commercial building application, giving the fastest response to slow burning or smouldering fires which give rise to large visible smoke particles.
The photo-thermal detector type responds quickly to fast, clean burning fires. They maintain an advantage over optical sensors when detecting smouldering fires which give rise to large visible smoke particles. The thermal enhancement of this detector allows a higher alarm threshold which provides greater rejection of false alarms. The detector will also raise an alarm at temperatures exceeding 60ºC. The heat detector option can be set in one of three sensing modes. Two fixed heat modes of 77oC or 92 oC and a rate of rise function which detects a rapid rise in temperature
